I took the kids I nanny for and my two boys to the Apple Orchard on Thursday. We picked apples and then had a picnic lunch. They all had a blast and took very good naps when we got back to the house.
Nathan's three favorite words are, "I do it!" so luckily there was a tree with branches low enough for him to pick an apple all by himself. He ended up eating two whole apples that day.

A friend of mine took these of Jackson and me. Jackson knew exactly what to do with the apple once he got it off the tree. He ate the whole thing, minus the core that I had to pry out of his hands. (For those who are wondering: I'm about 7 1/2 months pregnant.)
